All Products purchase from Garden Bug can be exchange within 15 days only if

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective all the of delivery
  • The item(s) does not match the original specification of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

At Garden Bug, we look at each dispute by basic and tries to be fair to both parties. No production ordered online can be exchange at any Garden Bug retail stores. Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty /damaged item is shipped. You will be required top mail photographic evidence of the defective items at Gardenbugstores.com within 15 days of purchase before any claim can be processed.
